Waltina Larue Msit

Waltina (Tina) LaRue MSIT CISSP is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in corporate and cloud security, vulnerability assessment, incident response, and information security operations. Currently serving as a Staff InfoSec Engineer at Ancestry.com since December 2013, Waltina is responsible for comprehensive security across both on-premises and cloud environments. Previously held positions at Venafi, Symantec, Altiris, Axent Technologies, Novell, and Word Perfect Group, showcasing a strong background in managing network security, incident response, and engineering network operations. Waltina is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Information Security at Capella University and holds a Master's degree in Information Technology from Kaplan University, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate's degree in Computer Science as well as Accounting from Utah Valley University and Phillips Junior College, respectively.
