Joanne Giles currently serves as the Head of Aftercare at Anchor since July 2023 and has held the position of Deputy Chair and Board Trustee at Keelman Homes Ltd since September 2019. Previously, Joanne was the Associate Customer Service Director at Countryside Partnerships from January 2022 to July 2023 and the Head of Customer Service at Vistry Partnerships from June 2021 to January 2022. Joanne's experience also includes a role as the National Lead After Care Manager at Home Group from September 2018 to June 2021 and various positions at Your Homes Newcastle between May 2005 and August 2018, including Contract Development Manager and Contract Performance Manager. Joanne holds a Level 5 qualification in Housing from the Chartered Institute of Housing, achieved in 2020, and a Level 4 in Accounting and Finance from AAT, completed in 2010. Early education includes GCSEs in English, Maths, and Science from High Tunstall Secondary School, attended from 1995 to 1999.
