Rowena Hindle is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in housing and support services. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Regional Manager Housing and Support at Anchor since January 2017, Rowena oversees operational and strategic responsibilities for 40 locations, collaborating with local authorities, care providers, and stakeholders to enhance customer experience. Previously, Rowena held roles at Hanover Housing Association, initially as Extra Care Housing Manager from 2009 to 2015, then as Extra Care Manager/Operations Manager from July 2015 to December 2016, where responsibilities included operational commissioning of new Extra Care sites and direct management of estates in the South West. Rowena holds a Level 4 qualification in Housing from CIH and a Level 5 degree in Management & Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute.
