Mattias Delin began their work experience in 2012 as a Software Developer Trainee at ITConnect Scandinavia AB. Mattias then moved on to Ancon AB in 2013, where they started as a Software Developer and eventually became the Development Manager (CTO) in September 2015.
Mattias Delin attended Gullmarsgymnasiet from 2006 to 2009, where they pursued studies in the Technology Programme. Mattias did not obtain a degree during this time. In December 2017, they obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org.
