Jan Bingham is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently, Jan serves as a Partner at Temple Bright LLP and a Consultant at Confiar Consulting Limited, roles held since 2018. Jan has also been with FIS as Assistant General Counsel since 2008, and previously provided legal counsel as Senior Corporate Counsel for SunGard Financial Systems until 2015. Prior to these positions, Jan worked as an Associate Solicitor at Latham & Watkins, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and funds, and began legal training at Ashurst. Jan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin, completed in 1999.
