Previously, Jane held various managerial roles, including Regional Manager for South Africa and India at andBeyond and General Manager at Ngala Private Game Reserve. Jane's career began at Londolozi Game Reserve, where early experience as Operations Manager laid a strong foundation in the industry. Educational background includes attendance at Constantia Waldorf School from 1986 to 1995, alongside other institutions named Grey.
