Laetitia Guetta is a seasoned Human Resources professional, currently serving as DRH at Andera Partners since June 2021. Prior to this, Laetitia founded LAEGUE RH, where the focus was on supporting companies in enhancing their HR professionalism and organizational performance. With extensive experience at iQera and DSOgroup, Laetitia has led HR strategies, transformation initiatives, and international management projects. Laetitia's career began in HR roles at Groupe ELEA 2 and the Établissement public foncier d'île-de-France. Academically, Laetitia holds a Master’s degree in social law from University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and an MBA in Human Resources Management from ESG groupe PGSM.
