Sofie Wagner has a strong background in design and user experience. Sofie began their career at SapientRazorfish in 2015 as a Graphic Designer before moving on to SNIPES as a UI/UX Designer in 2016. In 2018, they joined Beiersdorf as a Design Consultant. From 2020 to the present, Sofie has held various roles at Andersen Lab, including Senior UI/UX Designer and Design Manager. Currently, they serve as the Head of UI/UX Design, leading a team and overseeing the development of visually stunning and user-friendly products. Sofie's responsibilities include process development, team growth and competency planning, addressing challenges, evaluating staff performance, and resource planning.
Sofie Wagner obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art and Design from IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2011 to 2015. Sofie then pursued a Master's degree in Project Management from the same university from 2018 to 2020.
