Andersen
Cathy Elchinoff has extensive work experience in various managerial and administrative roles. Cathy started their career in 1988 at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they worked as a Senior Manager in HR, Recruiting, and Operations until 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Cathy served as the Silicon Valley Office Administrator at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP. Cathy joined Andersen in 2006 and held the positions of Managing Director for Talent Acquisition and, most recently, Managing Director for Global Development and Operations.
Cathy Elchinoff holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from California State University, Fresno and an MBA with a focus on Human Resources from Golden Gate University.
