Emily Hall has a diverse work experience in the tax industry. Emily started their career as a Tax Associate/Senior Associate at KPMG in October 2003 and worked there until December 2005. Emily then joined Perry-Smith LLP as a Tax Senior in December 2005 and stayed until February 2007. Emily joined KPMG again in February 2007 as a Tax Manager and worked until January 2011. Emily then moved to Deloitte as a Tax Manager from February 2011 to March 2012. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Andersen, starting in April 2012.
Emily Hall earned a BS in Business Administration with an Accountancy option from California State University, Fresno in the years 2000-2003. Emily then pursued a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business from 2005-2007. Later, they obtained a Masters in Legal Studies in Taxation from the University of San Francisco School of Law between 2015 and 2019. Additionally, Emily became a Certified Public Accountant certified by the California Board of Accountancy in 2004.
