Tracey Gibson serves as Vice President Chief Diversity Officer at Andersen Corporation since November 2019, and has also held the position of Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition & Inclusion. In addition, Tracey Gibson has been the Statewide Director for Recruitment, Retention, and Affirmative Action for the State of Minnesota since January 2017, focusing on enhancing statewide capabilities in these areas. Previously, Tracey Gibson worked at Cargill from 1999 to January 2017, progressing from Director of Treasury Operations North America to Senior Director roles in Global Community Engagement and Global Inclusion & Diversity, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance community engagement and diversity efforts. Tracey Gibson holds a B.A. in Accounting from Fort Valley State University, completed a program in Human Resource Strategy at London Business School, and earned a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary.
