Thad Merritt has an extensive background in quality management and engineering, having held various positions at Anderson Development Company since June 1995, including Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, QC Technician, and Chemical Operator. Prior to this, Thad worked as a Reliability Technician at Dura Convertible Systems Inc. from October 1994 to June 1995. Thad earned a Bachelor's of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Siena Heights University, completing the degree between 1987 and 2012.
