Kevin Benfield is a seasoned business analyst with over 15 years of experience in the insurance domain, currently serving as Business Analyst II and Lead Implementation Analyst in Operations at Andesa Services, Inc. since April 2008. Throughout the tenure at Andesa, which specializes in policy administration and support solutions for life insurance and annuity producers, Kevin has held multiple roles, including Client Services Day Operations Supervisor, Lead Client Services Representative, and Senior Client Services Representative. Prior to Andesa, Kevin worked at Telerx as a Project Resource Person and began the career at PNC as Assistant Teller Supervisor. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Project Management from DeVry University and an Associate's degree in Computer Information Management from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Pittsburgh.
