Minza Salman, MBA, is an experienced professional in client services and management, currently serving as the Manager of Client Experience at Andesa Services, Inc. since June 2017. Prior to this role, Minza held the position of Client Services Manager at Ameritas, where leadership was provided for a significant operational transition. Additionally, experience includes a strong tenure at Guardian Life Insurance Company, progressing from Client Services Manager for 401k to Manager, overseeing daily operations and team development. Earlier career experience includes customer service management and loan officer responsibilities at Lafayette Ambassador Bank. Minza holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Finance and Marketing from DeSales University.
