Maria G. currently serves as the VP of Customer Experience at Andgo Systems since February 2023. Previously, at NxStage Medical, Inc., Maria held various roles including Head of Customer Service & Contact Center Optimization and managed a team focused on maintaining relationships in 12 countries. At Nizhoni Health, Maria was the Director of Operations, establishing key performance indicators to align team strategies with company goals. During a decade at athenahealth, Maria advanced to Senior Manager of Onboarding Operations, overseeing a staffing team and focusing on training development and reporting, among other responsibilities. Earlier experiences include roles at Tufts Health Plan, where Maria provided member services and claims resolution.
