Dr. Thomas Jepsen has extensive work experience in various industries. Dr. Thomas began their career in 2004 at EY, where they worked in Transaction Advisory Services until 2008. Dr. Thomas then joined Borromin Capital Management GmbH as a Private Equity professional, a role they held until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Dr. Jepsen worked at Roland Berger, specializing in Restructuring, Performance, Transformation & Transaction. Dr. Thomas then joined SIXT in 2017, where they served as CFO Sixt Ride until 2020. Currently, Dr. Jepsen is working at Andreas Schmid Group as CFO and Board Member.
Dr. Thomas Jepsen holds an MBA and Ph.D. from WFI - Ingolstadt School of Management. Dr. Thomas also completed the CFA (cand. passed III) program at the CFA Institute. In addition, they obtained a degree in Tax Advisory (Steuerberater) from StbK HH.
