Dillon Brand

Dillon Brand is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in driving revenue and business development across various roles in leading firms. As a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since December 2024, Dillon builds on a strong foundation established as Director of Global Accounts at Slalom from August 2016 to December 2024, where Dillon led significant revenue growth strategies and was a founding member of the Meta global account leadership team. Previous roles include GTM Lead for the Technology Industry at HackerRank, where Dillon launched the first SaaS vertical, and Account Manager at TEKsystems, successfully growing a portfolio from zero to over $2.5 million in annual revenue.
