Rohini Mukand

Rohini Mukand is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various prominent companies. Currently serving as a Partner in HR at Andreessen Horowitz since January 2022, Rohini previously held senior HR leadership roles at Amazon, managing Alexa HR and Amazon Web Services. Additional experience includes the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Delivery Agent and Director roles at PayPal and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, among others. Rohini's educational background includes a BA with honors in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College and an MA in Anthropology from Binghamton University.
