Tina Ferguson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and people practices, currently serving as the People Practices Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since February 2012. In this role, Tina was the first individual hired to develop and scale the People Practices function across diverse sectors, including consumer, web3, fintech, and gaming, while executing impactful strategies to support company formation and global growth. Tina's background also includes significant roles at Opsware (acquired by HP), Morgan Stanley, and Cisco Systems, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance from San Jose State University.
