Douglas Speights

Douglas Speights currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Andrew Wommack Ministries, Inc., a position held since July 2023. Previously, Douglas played a significant role in software modernization at Signiant as the Director of Software Engineering, where leadership involved transforming complex media platforms and executing a Deconstruction Roadmap for a substantial multilingual stack. At Levels Beyond, Douglas successfully delivered enterprise-grade software and infrastructure for a broadcast-grade media platform, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Earlier experience includes roles as Principal Software Engineer at A Plane Tech, Ltd. and Software Engineer at Oracle, where Douglas managed critical development initiatives and maintained enterprise systems. Additional expertise includes training and consulting roles, along with military service as a Specialist in the US Army. Douglas holds multiple degrees in Information Systems and Game Art and Design, along with an Associate's degree in Bible/Biblical Studies from Charis Bible College.
