Fred Frantz

Fred Frantz has extensive experience in program management and business development, currently serving as Program Manager for Communications at Andro Computational Solutions, LLC since September 2018, focusing on RF communications research and development. Prior to this role, Fred Frantz was the Manager of Air Force Research Programs at Engility Corporation from 1999 to August 2018, overseeing a diverse portfolio in systems engineering and program support for government clients in communications and IT, particularly in defense and public safety. Fred Frantz also directed the NLECTC Communications Technology Center of Excellence from October 2010 to September 2013, supporting advanced communications technology evaluations for the National Institute of Justice. Additionally, Fred Frantz contributed as Chair of the Public Safety Special Interest Group at the Wireless Innovation Forum from 2004 to 2013. Fred Frantz holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Bucknell University.
