Erika S. is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Principal Engineer in Engineering Process Development at Anduril Industries, where strategic process development supports the company's scaling efforts for Quality, Reliability, and Product Validation. Prior to this role, Erika established a core Reliability Engineering & System Safety framework and provided technical leadership. With a background in high-stakes environments, Erika has held key positions at notable companies such as Heliogen, Virgin Orbit, Rocket Lab, and SpaceX, where responsibilities included managing propulsion stage systems and contributing to the successful operation of the Falcon 9 Rocket. Erika is also a National Performance Driver with MBS Racing, holding a full competition race license.
