Carlos Torres Valhondo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2009, they began their career as a web programmer at Icanta informatics, where they worked until 2010. Carlos then worked as a freelance web programmer before joining Escola Universitaria Politecnica de Mataro as a technician from 2010 to 2011. In 2012, they co-founded VEZIKO and served as the co-founder and CTO until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a technology advisor at Serma&DNT, where they provided support for an innovative tech project in the textile industry. From 2017 to 2018, they mentored entrepreneurs at Fundación Youth Business Spain. In 2018, they started working as the Director of Operations at Intowin and later became the CTO at Andy.
Carlos Torres Valhondo has a diverse education history. In 2008, they attended the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and earned a degree in Computer Science. Following this, in 2011, they pursued a Master's degree in MBA Emprendedores at IEBS, which they completed in 2013. In the same year, they also obtained a Postgraduate degree in Agile Project&Product Management from IEBS.
Carlos further expanded their education with various certifications. In 2005, they obtained the Preliminary English Test [PET] certification from Cambridge ESOL, and in 2007, they acquired the First Certificate in English [FCE] from the same institution.
In 2012, they engaged in additional studies, completing a crash course on Entrepreneurship at EADA Business School and a program called "Enxarxar-se": Innovación y Emprendeduría at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Additionally, they also pursued a course on Gamification from the University of Pennsylvania in the same year.
Carlos's educational pursuits continued into 2019 when they enrolled in IEBS and completed a Postgraduate program in Data Science y Machine Learning specializing in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
Carlos's dedication to learning is evident through their varied educational experiences, demonstrating a well-rounded background in computer science, project management, entrepreneurial studies, and gamification.
