Randy Lack

Randy Lack has extensive experience in the environmental commodities and trading industry. Randy is currently the Founder and Head of Wholesale and Trading at Anew, a company formed from the merger of Element Market and Bluesource in 2022. Anew specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for companies and organizations to align their goals with conservation and impact. Prior to Anew, Randy was the Founder and Co-President of Element Markets, a leading renewable natural gas marketing and environmental commodities company. Randy founded Element Markets in 2004 and played a key role in its success within the renewable energy credit markets. Before that, Randy served as the Managing Director of Emission Credit Brokers from 1998 to 2004.

Randy Lack holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, which they obtained from the University of Houston. Randy achieved the distinction of graduating Magna Cum Laude. The specific start and end years for their education remain unknown.
