Andrew McManus is the Head of Human Resources & Organisation Development at Angel Trains since October 2008, providing HR and organization development services in a multi-billion pound train leasing company. Previously, Andrew worked as the Head of Human Resources at Time and Talents Association and as an HR Business Partner at RBS. Andrew also served as a Trustee/Director at Time and Talents Association and as a Member of the T&RS Skills Policy Group at NSARE. Andrew has a BSc in Banking & Finance from Loughborough University, an MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Westminster. Born in 1981, Andrew attended Belfast Royal Academy for high school.
