Their expertise includes whole life cost modeling, delivery, expenditure, change management, performance, and operational risk for various train fleets across the UK. Mark has managed teams of professionals in fleet and project management roles. Mark also has experience in new train procurement and major projects, from inception to delivery and service operation. Prior to their current role at Angel Trains Limited, Mark held positions at Porterbrook Leasing, English Welsh & Scottish Railway Ltd, Rail Express Systems, and The Engineering Link. Mark's educational background includes studying at Norwich City College from 1985 to 1991.
