While our scale is large, our ambitions are even larger – we’re innovating on the financial infrastructure for venture investors and the startups they invest in. Come build with us.

  • Lead: manage a wide range of transactional matters, including fund formation, securities offerings, portfolio investments, and startup company formation and capitalization.
  • Advise: deliver pragmatic, creative, and actionable advice on issues spanning regulatory compliance, marketing communications, intellectual property, data security, privacy, and more

You Have

  • Experience: minimum of 3-5 years at a top law firm (in an EC/VC or private fund group) or combination of in-house experience at a high-growth fintech company
  • Credentials: JD from an ABA-accredited law school and good standing with the applicable state Bar(s)

  • Mindset: an excellence reflex and deep customer empathy, strong problem-solving skills, a pragmatic approach to risk management, and a dedication to continuous improvement of our product offerings.

Success in this Role Means:

  • Operational excellence: consistently delivering accurate, timely, and practical legal services to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: strategically partnering across teams to unlock meaningful outcomes for our business and customers to support our go-to-market and customer success goals.
  • Problem-solving: offering detours, not roadblocks by thinking from first principles, anticipating challenges, and proactively delivering creative, customer-centric solutions.
  • Creating momentum: acting with urgency by providing clear and accountable timelines that other team members can depend on.
