Mark Bernstein

Mark Bernstein joined Angelo Gordon in 2016 and is a Senior Counsel supporting the Distressed & Corporate Special Situations Group. Prior to joining Angelo Gordon, Mark was a senior associate in the Business Finance and Restructuring Group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP where he represented debtors and creditors in domestic and international corporate restructurings. Mark holds a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan and a J.D. degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
