Steven Short

Steven Short is an accomplished innovation leader with extensive experience in healthcare and business management. As the Administrative Director of Innovation at Shannon Medical Center since October 2018, Steven has generated over $10 million in annual business value, managed a pipeline of over 50 innovation projects, and led strategic initiatives in collaboration with executive leadership. Steven's previous roles at Shannon include Director of Innovation, overseeing the development of Lean methodologies and managing a team responsible for significant cost savings. Earlier experience includes entrepreneurship in architectural and luxury real estate photography and engineering roles at Johnson & Johnson and Weir SPM, focusing on Lean practices and supply chain development. Steven holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
