Abbott Spine

Abbott Spine is a seasoned executive with over 35 years of experience in the medical device industry. Abbott currently serves on the Audit Committee at AngioDynamics.

Mr. Spine began their career in 1980 as an Audit Senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1984, they joined American Medical Electronics (now Orthofix) as Chief Financial Officer. Abbott held this position for 11 years before moving to Urologix, Inc. in 1995. At Urologix, they served as Chief Financial Officer for four years.

In 1999, Mr. Spine joined Spinal Concepts, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Abbott held this position for four years before being appointed President and CEO of CardioKinetix in 2008. Abbott served in this role for four years before returning to Spinal Concepts in 2012.

Mr. Spine has extensive experience in the medical device industry and has served in various senior executive roles throughout their career.

Abbott Spine received a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
