Amar Seechan

Amar joined the Angostura family as Finance Manager in April 2018 and was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in April 2023. As Finance Manager, Amar provided support, insight and guidance to the Finance team and led many efficiency and policy improvement projects that assisted with the growth strategies of the Company.

He has over twenty-six (26) years’ experience in the field of accounting, finance, treasury, process improvements, ERP business alignment, investment, and strategic business management and over fourteen (14) years’ experience in the manufacturing sector in large public, private and multinational companies.

Amar is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (A.C.C.A) and was also the recipient of an award from the Association for achieving the highest score in the Caribbean for Advance Financial Management Final Paper at the December 2008 examinations. He is also a graduate of the prestigious Harvard Manage Mentor Leadership programme.
