Tania Kefs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and event strategy leadership. As Co-founder and CEO of Jurnee since April 2020, Tania Kefs specializes in developing global event strategies that enhance planning efficiency and audience engagement. Previously, Tania Kefs served as Vice President of Customer Success at Aircall, where responsibilities included scaling and managing customer success teams in Paris and New York, overseeing a portfolio of over 3,000 international customers. Other roles at Aircall included Head of Customer Success and Business Developer, where foundational teams in customer operations were established. Tania Kefs also gained valuable experience as a Customer Experience Analyst at Amazon and as a Business Developer at Asia Deal Group. Educationally, Tania Kefs holds a Master in Management from ESSEC Business School, complemented by preparatory studies for French Business Schools.
