Min Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and technical development in the chemical and water treatment sectors. Currently serving as the Global Business Manager for Metalworking Fluids at Advancion Corporation since January 2021, Min has previously held leadership roles at Dober, including Division Leader for the Smart Release water treatment division and Director of Business Development for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Dober, Min worked as a Senior Research Engineer at Ecolab and served as a Project Engineer at Giner, Inc., focusing on innovative technologies in cooling water treatment and membrane technology for fuel cells. Min Chen holds an MBA from Duke University, a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Master's degree in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
