Pat Kelly

Pat Kelly currently serves as the Director of Solutions at Anika Systems, where responsibilities include guiding solution development for Federal government pursuits and leading the creation of customer-driven solutions within the AI and RPA sectors. Prior to this role, Pat held the position of Vice President of Solution Architecture at GovCIO, focusing on crafting high-quality responses for business development. At Parsons Corporation, a diverse leadership career involved roles such as Solution Architect Director, Director of Integrated Operations, Director for the Joint All-Domain Operations Portfolio, and Director of Service Management, each contributing to successful technical solutions and project management in Cyber and Intelligence markets. Earlier experience at OGSystems included program management and systems engineering for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, complemented by various roles in web development and multimedia at notable organizations. Pat holds a Master's Degree in Art & Visual Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Graphics from George Mason University.
