Kierra Simmons

Kierra Simmons, MBA, currently serves as a Major Account Executive at AnitaB.org, beginning in January 2024. Previously, Kierra co-founded and managed Prism Realty from May 2022 to January 2024 and worked as an SMB Account Executive at The Mom Project from March 2022 to January 2023, where Kierra collaborated with hiring managers to optimize candidate attraction strategies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Principal Consultant at Keller Williams Integrity Realty and Territory Sales Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on contract negotiation and data-driven sales, respectively. Kierra also contributed as a Program Education Consultant at The University of Kansas, coordinating interventions and training programs. With a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University, Kierra brings a strong educational background to a diverse professional portfolio.
