Eric Mack

Eric Mack, BSIT, has an extensive background in operations management within the US Army, overseeing communication and production indicators to ensure organizational success for 164 employees. With roles ranging from Medical Supervisor to Equal Opportunity Specialist, Eric has demonstrated proficiency in employee development, training, and compliance with Equal Opportunity programs. Eric's experience extends into cybersecurity through participation in the Washington Vets to Tech program, where skills in threat assessment and scripting languages were honed. Additionally, Eric is certified as a BLS Instructor and pursued higher education, currently working towards an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management, alongside a Certificate in Cybersecurity Administration.
