Caitlyn Acosta

Caitlyn Acosta currently serves as Associate Director of Business Operations at Annalect since October 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlyn was Associate Director of Operations at sparks & honey from June 2018 to May 2024, where Caitlyn established the operations function for the agency, supported a team of 50 FTEs, and mentored junior staff. Additionally, Caitlyn managed multiple projects and resources as Project & Resource Manager within the same company. Previous experience includes positions at Youngevity International, Inc. as Project Manager/Marketing Specialist, and various roles in marketing and operations at Inseev Interactive and Eclipse Marketing Services. Caitlyn's early career involved administrative and leadership roles within the Temple University Gymnastics Club and as an Administrative Assistant at PAWS in Chelsea. Caitlyn earned a BBA in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
