Bob has an extensive background in real estate and FM industries. He specializes in business development for start-ups as well as restructuring businesses through project management, strategic planning and aligning business objectives through investment, portfolio and asset management.

His experience is unparalleled, having worked for many years in the Far East, the US and across Europe which enables him to add significant value to any project which crosses international boundaries. He is qualified as a Prince2 Project Manager at both the foundation and practitioner level. When Bob is not tackling the real estate world, he enjoys scuba diving, managing his rugby club and classic motorcycles.
