Charles Rutheiser

Charles Rutheiser is currently a Senior Associate at Annie E. Casey Foundation, where Charles manages national grant portfolios on housing, youth homelessness, and community development. Charles also serves as a lead for a multi-unit team investing in expanding opportunities for youth and young adults in New Mexico. Additionally, Charles works with the Impact Investment team to maximize the positive social impact of the Foundation's program- and mission-related investments. Charles has a background as a Senior Fellow and Consultant at various organizations, including The Mega-Cities Project, Inc. and Annie E. Casey Foundation.
