Maxine Norris Ms, Shrm-Scp

Maxine Norris, MS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards and HR Operations at The Annie E. Casey Foundation since August 2023, building on nearly two decades of experience with the organization. Starting in September 2004, Maxine held various roles, including Manager of HR Programs and Services, HR Manager, Human Resources Specialist, and Accounting Specialist. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College (2010-2013) and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Relations from Hunter College.
