Talib Horne

Talib Horne is a seasoned leader in community development and health equity, currently serving as the Director of the Baltimore Civic Site at the Annie E. Casey Foundation since May 2019. Previously, Talib held significant leadership roles at Bon Secours Health System, managing a $3 million budget as Executive Director of Bon Secours Community Works, and at the Living Classrooms Foundation as Vice President of Community Development with a focus on economic development. Talib also served as Executive Director at East Harbor Community Development Corporation and East Harbor Village Center, where efforts were directed towards asset accumulation and economic improvement for low-income residents. Early career experience includes the role of Area Director at Ombudsmeen Educational Service. Talib holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Mary's College of Maryland and a Master of Arts in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University.
