Andrew Walsh

Andrew Walsh currently serves as the VP Finance and Principal Financial Officer at Annovis Bio, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Andrew was the Senior Director of Finance and Treasury at Ocugen from April 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included day-to-day finance operations, SEC reporting, and capital markets management in a clinical stage biopharmaceutical setting. Prior to Ocugen, Andrew held key positions including Director of Tax and Treasury at Potters Industries, Senior Manager of Global Tax at PQ Corporation, and Tax Manager at inVentiv Health Clinical. Andrew began the career as a Tax Intern at Drucker & Scaccetti, P.C. and held a Senior International Tax Associate role at KPMG. Andrew holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Drexel University, obtained in 2011.
