Reid McCarthy

Reid McCarthy is an experienced financial executive with a robust background in corporate finance and consulting. Currently serving as a Board Member at Annovis Bio, Inc. since April 2021, McCarthy also operates as the Consulting Chief Financial Officer at Reid McCarthy & Associates LLC, providing strategic financial guidance to early- and commercial-stage companies. McCarthy's previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at JJ Haines & Company, Inc., where oversight was provided for a $500 million flooring distribution company, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Topaz Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which culminated in a successful sale to a large pharmaceutical company.
