Michele Prota currently serves as the Global Chief Talent Officer at Anomaly since June 2023, previously holding the same position at Forsman & Bodenfors from July 2016 to June 2023. During time at Forsman & Bodenfors, notable achievements included the agency becoming the first and only global agency to be Fair Pay Workplace Certified and receiving multiple accolades such as Campaign's Talent Person of the Year in 2019 and recognition as one of Fast Company's World’s Most Innovative Companies in 2018. Prior roles include leadership in talent and human resources at The Barbarian Group and J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, along with early experience as a recruiter at Merrill Lynch. Michele Prota holds a BA in Psychology and Spanish from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and participated in a study abroad program at Suffolk University in Madrid, Spain.
