Lauren McLoughlin serves as the HR Operations Lead at Anord Mardix since May 2024. Previously, Lauren held the position of Human Resources Generalist at Uniquely from April 2022 to April 2024, where responsibilities included providing HR advisory support, creating and implementing policies, and conducting HR training. Prior to that, Lauren worked as a Pensions & Investments Administrator at DFP from June 2021 to April 2022, supporting client administration and documentation. Lauren’s experience also includes roles as an International Assignment Consultant with Graebel Companies, focusing on expat relocations, and various recruitment consultant positions in the Admin & Finance sector. Lauren holds a BCL in Business and Law from Maynooth University and completed a QQI Level 5/ILM Level 3 in Human Resource Management in late 2023. Additional educational pursuits include participation in the LIFT Programme and ongoing studies at Spectrum Mental Health.
