Jeff Sturgis is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in franchise sales, development, and strategic consulting. Currently serving as the Chief Development Officer for Another Broken Egg Cafe since August 2020, Sturgis previously held leadership positions including Founder/President of Franchise System Advisors, Chief Development Officer for Fazoli's System Management and McAlister's Deli, and Vice President of Franchise Sales & Development at Fantastic Sams International. Jeff's impressive track record includes significant growth achievements, such as increasing unit openings by 300% at McAlister’s Deli and enhancing franchise sales processes at Fantastic Sams. Sturgis holds an MBA in Management from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BSCE from Tufts University.
