Håkan Messler

Hakan Messler is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development at Anova Culinary since June 2017. Prior to this role, Hakan spent 14 years at Electrolux in various positions including Senior Director of Core Technology & Verification and Product Line SDA, as well as Vice President of R&D for Small Domestic Appliances. Hakan's extensive experience also includes leadership roles in R&D centers, growing teams significantly and managing projects focused on acoustics, product development, and technology advancements in small domestic appliances. Hakan began a career in engineering with a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, complemented by early roles in acoustics and development within the automotive industry.
