Anton Gera

Anton Gera is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology and defense sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Codective since April 2020, Anton leads a government contractor company specializing in AI, deep tech, and dual-use applications. Anton also serves as a Venture Partner at Fast Exit Ventures and previously held similar roles at Expert Dojo and Starta VC, focusing on fostering promising startups. With a background as an angel investor at AngelScore and YouPost, Anton has demonstrated a commitment to supporting innovative ventures. Prior to current roles, Anton was CEO of Zpoken AI and MINECT AI, and served as Lead Technical Consultant for the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. Anton's educational credentials include a Bachelor’s in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Master's in Business from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
