Tarek Baaziz has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success, service delivery, and IT service management. Tarek started their career in 2007 as a Customer Sales Representative at Next Group PLC. Tarek then worked as a General Insurance Sales Advisor at The Co-operative Bank plc from 2010 to 2011. Following that, they joined the bank's Graduate IT Leadership Scheme, where they developed skills in service management and IT command and control. From 2013 to 2017, Tarek worked at Co-op as an IT Shared Services Service Manager and a Service Recovery Manager, handling IT service relationships, managing major incidents, and implementing service improvements. Tarek also had a secondment role in the IT Shared Services Transformation Programme. In 2019, Tarek joined ANS Group as a Customer Success Manager, later progressing to Senior Customer Success Manager and then to Service Lead and Service Delivery Manager in the Cloud and Digital division. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at ANS Group. Throughout their career, Tarek has demonstrated strong relationship management skills, problem-solving abilities, and a pragmatic approach to delivering IT services.

Tarek Baaziz received their Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Criminology and Sociology from The Manchester Metropolitan University. This took place from 2006 to 2009. In addition, they have obtained various certifications. Tarek is a FinOps Certified Practitioner, having completed the certification program offered by The Linux Foundation in May 2021. Tarek is also an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, having received this certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
