Faheem Mohammed

Faheem Mohammed currently serves as the Chief Shared Services Officer at The ANSA McAL Group since October 2024. Previously, Faheem held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Guardian Group from May 2023 to October 2024. From November 2017 to May 2023, Faheem was involved with The ANSA McAL Group as the Head of Continuous Excellence and as Sector HR Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Group Human Resources Manager at SM Jaleel from August 2016 to October 2017, and positions at Nestlé from February 2011 to July 2016 that included Continuous Excellence and Industrial Performance Manager and Factory Human Resources Manager. Faheem's career began as a Human Resources Coordinator at Unilever from February 2009 to January 2011. In terms of education, Faheem is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management at the University of the West Indies, expected to be completed in January 2025, following a Master's in Strategic Management and a Bachelor's in Management Studies and Psychology from the same institution.
